The quality control section of Jiangnan Valve Co., Ltd is a quality management department established according to ‘Safety registration and management measures for manufacturers of pressure pipeline fittings’, ISO 9001:2000 and API SPECQ1: 1999, for effectively controlling the company’s quality system and ensuring the normal operation of the quality system.            

The quality control section of Jiangnan Valve Co.,   Ltd comprises 10 full-time checkers and 8 part-time checkers, among them, 12 members with engineer professional titles, 6 assistant engineers, 6undergraduates. This section exerts great efforts to introduce high quality talents and advanced checkout equipment. 

  Each quality link must be strictly controlled and six branches have been set up, including physico and chemical analysis room, measuring room, quality archives, goods-purchase check, process check, final check, in additional, there are over ten work posts available, such as physico and chemical analysis, no damage check, heat treatment control, precise check, strength test, sealing test and oil lenses check etc. The system of each job responsibility has been clearly and definitely sti-pulated and the system of “anyone who is a chief takes charge” has been carried out. 

With the uninterrupted growth of the company, the quality control section of Jiangnan Company is going from strength to strength, with the workers unceasingly improved in quality and skills and with the checkout equipment updated constantly and the quality auditing system perfected steadily. This section has e-ffectively controlled the operation of the quality system and strongly given an impetus to the development of Jiangnan Valve.
